Mail Payment

To pay by mail, place a MONEY ORDER or CERTIFIED CHECK, made payable to the Ottawa County Municipal Court, for the total amount due *.

Send your ticket in with payment. Sign the back.

If the Proof of Insurance box is not checked on the ticket, mail in a COPY of your insurance card with payment. Insurance must cover your date of violation.

To pay in person, the court is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

If the Proof of Insurance box is not checked on the ticket, bring in your proof of insurance or financial responsibility to show to the Clerk at time of payment.
